Guidelines for Submissions

• Submissions to Metal Magazine are open to undergrad students at the University of Iowa.

• Send all submissions to metalmagazine2019@gmail.com

• Send in all submissions by Friday, October 11th.

• Submit no more than four pieces

• We do not accept previously published work. If your piece is selected for another magazine, please contact us via email. 

Theme

We want to see your interpretations of metal, and what it means to you. Strength and rigidity? Angst? Resilience? How are you defined by metal, and how is it defined by you? We want to hear. There is nothing too metal for Metal Magazine.
